Food is very important throughout the day and knowing how to make it tasteful is agreat skill. Speaking of food, I love the classic sandwiches like peanut butter jelly or grilled cheese, since they are nostalgic. But my current favorite is a Chicken Pesto Caprese. You can easily make it yourself or go to Mendocino Farms which would then give you a lot more choices.

For those who are lucky enough to visit Disneyland in their life, it’s nothing short of a memorable experience. And for those who are very lucky, they’re SoCal residents who have been there more than they can count — with maybe even an annual pass under their belts. But coming from these guests who are no stranger to the parks, what is there to say about Disneyland as a business, place of nostalgia, and cultural marker?

On college campuses, conversations don’t stay the same for long. What starts as simple introductions slowly turns into questions about internships, plans, and what comes next. Somewhere along the way, personality begins to take a backseat, and success becomes the easiest way to define someone. Looking into how that quiet shift creates pressure to sound more put-together than we really feel, and why getting to know people can start to feel more like keeping up.
